The Minakami Kogen Ski Resort is rich in snow activities that will please everyone, even beginners who don't yet have much confidence in their skiing or snowboarding abilities. You can experience a dog sled or try many other ways to have fun and ride around the snow-covered mountain.
Try sledding down the hill in a raft pulled by a snowmobile and feel the thrills as you slide from side to side! It's fun as a group activity, with a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children per sled.
You can really feel the speed by lying chest down on an airboard and sliding down the hill. Even beginners can enjoy this activity without trouble just by listening to a one-hour lesson by an instructor.

The nearby Minakami Kogen Hotel 200 has a large communal bathing area. In a nearby building there is also a scenic open-air bath where you can experience the great outdoors in its glory in all four seasons.

Rusutsu Resort (Hokkaido)
Rusutsu Resort is surrounded by the Shikotsu-Toya National Park and has some of the best slopes in Hokkaido with 37 courses on 3 mountains. From the summit you can experience the amazing view of the ridgelines of the beautiful Mount Yotei (also known as Ezo Fuji for its resemblance to Mount Fuji) and look over the mystic Lake Toya.
