After picking up your luggage, go outside the gate and proceed to the front of the gate. A local language driver with a HIS board is waiting for your arrival. [Mixed transfer plan] We will transfer from the airport to the hotel. You will be riding with other customers. At the time of application, please enter the flight information by entering the reservation information. *After picking up your luggage, go outside the gate and proceed to near the front of the gate. *We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled arrival time. If you do not appear the meeting place after 60 minutes, the service will be terminated. In that case, there is no refund.*In case of an emergency please contact the HIS Madrid Branch or our emergency contact (+34 636 994 914) .*There is no refund or alternative transfer even if you do not arrive at the scheduled time you registered due to ineffectiveness such as strikes, sudden flight change, cancellation, delay etc.*Please contact us if the flight schedule is changed, lost luggage, etc. However, even if you contact us, we will re-arrange for changes of 60 minutes or more from the scheduled arrival time and additional charges will be incurred. Please note that we may not be able to re-arrange the shuttle car depending on the situation.*If the child is under 12 years old, a child seat may be required.
