The world heritage Nikko Toshogu Shrine and Kegon Falls which is one of Japan's three most beautiful falls.
Nikko Toshogu is the most famous shrine among the Shrines and Temples of Nikko, the 10th World Heritage in Japan.Founded in 1617, it is well known to enshrine Tokugawa Ieyasu. The interior/exterior that was renovated by Tokugawa Iemitsu is magnificant and famous for its detailed decorations and splendid structure. Kegon Waterfall is named among the 「three most beautiful waterfalls in Japan」.
The scenery in which the vast amount of water from Lake Chuzenji falls from the cliff is well situated in surrounding nature and impress us with the power and grandeur of nature.
Kegon Waterfall, with its changing outfit in each season, never fails to more our emotion tremendously.

8. Between Oct.12 to Nov.2 and when Irohazaka Winding Road is closed,we do not visit Kegon Water/Lake chuzenji,The tour will visit Rinno-ji Temple Taiyu-in Mausoleum, Nikko Futarasan jinja Shrine,the Kirifuri Falls.
