*A local language driver will pick you up at the hotel. *Because this is a mixed passenger transfer, we will be riding with other customers. At the time of application, please enter the flight information by entering the reservation information. If you have more than one piece of luggage, we will not be able to carry it unless you apply in advance. Please note. *The local language driver will be sent to the airport and the service will be terminated. You are responsible for boarding at the airport yourself. *For mixed transportation, we will stop by another passenger's hotel in a shared car, so please wait while the other passenger is on board.

A local language driver will pick you up at the hotel. If the local driver cannot meet you at the hotel lobby during the set-up time, we will consider you abandoned and depart. In that case, there is no refund. *In case of emergency, please contact HIS Madrid Branch or our emergency contact (+34 636 994 914). *Mixed transfer is a shared transfer with customers who have the same flight or have similar flight departure times. You may not travel directly to the airport from several hotels around the hotel. *If your child is under 12 years old, a child seat may be required. * Please present the "SERVICE VOUCHER" to the driver.
