[Indira Gandhi Airport to Hotel (Delhi city)] One Way Arrival Transfer


HIS is presenting our original plan Airport transfer. This service includes pick up from the Indira Gandhi International Airport or any Domestic airport and drop out to the hotels in Delhi. In this plan, an english speaking driver will pick you up from the Airport and drop you to the hotel. It will help you to reach comfortably to the hotel without any hassle or any problems. Arrival time at the hotel may vary due to traffic conditions or other problems. Please be careful when making a reservation, as the fare differs between “Departure/arrival at a hotel in Delhi” and “Departure/arrival at a suburb of Delhi (Gurgaon, Noida, Greater Noida)” due to travel distance and travel time.
At the time of application, please enter the flight information in the reservation information. Arrival date and arrival time are required, so please provide them beforehand.
An eco-friendly electric vehicle (sedan type) is also available for selection. (Limited to 2 passengers.)

Airport arrival At the airport arrival lobby exit, a driver will be waiting with a HIS logo board.
Airport to hotels in Delhi, home etc.(or designated meeting place) (time: about 40 mins)

Cancellation Policy

5day(s) before tour date 20 % of the total amount
3day(s) before tour date 100 % of the total amount

Remarks

1. If the driver cannot enter the airport due to security reasons then he will be waiting outside Exit 6 of the arrival lobby.
2. If you do not arrive within 2hrs of international flights and 1 hour&30mins of domestic flights from the arrival time of your flight, we will treat your booking as cancellation and depart.
3. Please note that if you do not use this service after you have applied, then fee and expenses incurred during the transfer service will not be refunded under any circumstances.
4. One participant who chose a mixed ride plan: No refund will be made even if more than 2 people participate in the event.
5. After arriving at the airport, customers planning to obtain an Arrival VISA must apply by private car transfer. The mixed transfer plan is limited to customers who have obtained a visa in advance.
6. No refund will be made for expenses caused by a change in the travel itinerary due to natural disasters, wars, etc. or cancellation of travel.
