Signing Liability Waiver is required.
Tour will start at 10:30 between Apr 1 ~ Jun 9, Sep 5 ~ Oct 31, and 7:30 or 12:30 between Jun 10 ~ Sep 4.
Participants will take Vancouver Whale Watch's shuttle bus to Downtown Vancouver, but it may not go to your hotel.
Tour duration varies between 3~5hours, depending on the viewing condition.
If the tour is cancelled by the local guide company due to reasons such as ocean conditions, the tour will be fully refunded.
There will be no refunds even if the customer is unable to see killer whales.
We may not be able to accept customers with hip/back conditions, as well as pregnant customers due to the possibility of the boat shaking from rough ocean conditions.

If the customer does not show up at the meeting place after 10minutes, this will be considered as on the day cancellation.
This tour is a mixed boarding tour.
