Real Indian Yoga Experience while watching the Taj Mahal and Morning Sun, including tea time!

This Yoga class is led by an experienced instructor, and especially created for foreign travellers.The lesson will start with meditation, followed by an instruction on proper breath control and basic Yoga poses, which will help to ready body and mind. The Yoga poses will start with exercises to relax body and mind, and will include in total about 20 poses to train the torso and flexibility.

Yoga Experience while watching the Morning Sun and the Taj Mahal
In case of good weather is is possible to have a beautiful view of the Taj Mahal, bathed in the light of the Morning Sun.

Relaxing Tea Time after Yoga
After sweating from the Yoga exercises, body and mind will be allowed to settle down and relax while drinking Indian Chai. Participants can choose between Chai, black tea, and coffee. An assortment of simple snacks will be served as well.

Schedule

05:00-07:00	Pick-up from the participants hotel in Agra (or a different decided meeting place within the Agra).
	Arrival at the Yoga training place, changing into easy-to-move-in clothes, warming up gymnastics.
	Yoga experience while watching the Taj Mahal and Morning Sun(approx 30 min Yoga + 30 min Tea Time).
	Tea time after the Yoga Experience (free choice of one drink from Indian Chai, black tea, or coffee)
07:30-09:30	Drop-off at hotel in Agra (or decided meeting point within the city)

Remarks

1. In case of strong wind or rain the Yoga experience class will be held not on the rooftop terrace, but inside. In this case refunds are not applicable.
2. This tour is not accompanied by a guide.
3. Please come in easy-to-move-in clothes. During the cold season appropriate warm clothing is recommended.
4. Yoga mats will be provided at the venue and need not be brought by the participants.
5. Sick or injured participants should only participate after consulting with a medical doctor.
6. Participation while pregnant or drunk is not allowed.
7. Please do not eat right in front of the lesson.
8. The responsibility for injuries or accidents during the lesson lies with the participant.
9. In case of bad weather the Sun might not be visible. It might also not be visible during the Winter season (November to March) due to the influence of snow.
10. For proper hydration a bottle of mineral water will be prepared.
