[Mixed transportation transfer plan] *Because of mixed transportation, we will be sharing with other customers. [Private car transfer plan] *We will send you to the airport in a private car. You will need your exact hotel name and flight information (only in Barcelona) when you apply. Please note that we can not make arrangements if the details are incorrect or if there are no details. If you are flying late at night, please let us know when the flight departs.

It will be a mixed transfer with other customers. *If you apply for mixed passenger transfer by one person, there will be no refund for one person even if another guest comes on the day of the departure. *Luggage is limited to one suitcase per person. If you have more than one piece of luggage, we will not be able to carry it unless you apply in advance. Please note. *If you are using a flight departing at midnight, please select the date on which the flight departs. *The local language driver will be sent to the airport and the service will be terminated. You are responsible for boarding at the airport yourself. *For mixed transportation, we will stop by another passenger's hotel in a shared car, so please wait while the other passenger is on board.

*Please check out the hotel and wait at the lobby. A local driver will pick you up at the hotel. If the driver is unable to meet the customer at the hotel lobby during the meeting time, the customer will be considered abandoned and will depart. In that case, there is no refund.* Please present the "SERVICE VOUCHER" output from the reservation confirmation screen to the driver. *Mixed transfer is a shared transfer with customers who have the same flight or have a close departure time. There may not be direct flights from multiple hotels to the airport. *If your child is under 12 years old, a child seat may be required, so please let us know your child's age accurately. *In case of an emergency such as when the pick-up car does not come or you cannot meet with the local language driver, please contact the local HIS branch (within business hours).
