If you do not appear the meeting place, the service will be terminated(no refund).In that case,there is no refund.*After picking up your luggage, go outside the gate and driver will be waiting.*You may have to wait for the arrival of other customers at the airport or in the car.*There is no refund or alternative transfer even if you do not arrive at the scheduled flight time due to ineffectiveness such as strikes, sudden flight change, cancellation, delay.*Please contact us if your flight schedule is changed or lost luggage. However, even if you contact us, if you change the scheduled arrival time more than 60 minutes, it will be re-arranged and a separate fee will be charged.
