*After picking up your luggage, go outside the gate and proceed to near the front of the gate. *We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled arrival time. If you do not appear the meeting place after 60 minutes, the service will be terminated. In that case, there is no refund.*In case of an emergency please contact the HIS Madrid Branch or our emergency contact (+34 636 994 914) .*There is no refund or alternative transfer even if you do not arrive at the scheduled time you registered due to ineffectiveness such as strikes, sudden flight change, cancellation, delay etc.*Please contact us if the flight schedule is changed, lost luggage, etc. However, even if you contact us, we will re-arrange for changes of 60 minutes or more from the scheduled arrival time and additional charges will be incurred.
