After picking up your luggage, go outside the gate and proceed to the front of the gate. A Japanese assistant with a HIS board is waiting for your arrival at the airport. Please have it ready as you will need it for your flight and time of arrival. At the time of application, please enter the flight information by entering the reservation information. *If the flight crosses the departure date and the arrival date, please select the arrival date. [Mixed transfer plan] We will transfer from the airport to the hotel. You will be riding with other customers. [Private car transfer plan] We will transfer from the airport to the hotel in a private car.

*We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled arrival time. If you do not appear at the meeting place after 60 minutes, the service will be terminated. In that case, there is no refund.*Because it is a mixed transfer, we may wait for the arrival of other customers at the airport or in the car.*There is no refund or alternative transfer even if you do not arrive at the scheduled time of the flight you registered due to ineffectiveness such as strikes and sudden flight change, cancellation, delay.*Please contact us if the arrival time will change due to flight delays/changes/lost luggage, etc. However, we will re-arrange for changes of 60 minutes or more from the scheduled arrival time and additional charges will be incurred,we may not be able to rearrange the shuttle car and the Japanese assistant depending on the situation.*In case of emergency, please contact the local HIS branch and contact our emergency contact during non-business hours.
