A Rare Experience: Sumo Morning Training Tour in Tokyo!
Sumo wrestling is Japan's highly popular national sport with a long tradition. In this activity participants get to see the training of active, professional wrestler, and get the chance to take a group picture with them in the end. Usually most people only get to see the athletes from far away during the tournaments. However, here they can be seen from up close! This makes a more in-depth experience possible, and should not be missed.

*All Sumo Stables are located in the Tokyo area. Participants will be notified in advance regarding the meeting place and time details.
*After a reservation is processed successfully, participants will receive first a temporary voucher in a separate Email. When the final meeting place and time details are confirmed (5-7 days before participation day), a final voucher will all necessary information will be send.

Schedule

07:30～09:30(Approx.) Meet at Predetermined Sumo Stable, our Staff is waiting for you and give you proper instructions.
※Detail of Sumo stable and assemble time will be decided 1 week before the tour date.
Watch sumo morning practice　(60 - 90 mins)
Take a group photo with Sumo Wrestlers　(5 mins)

Remarks

1.Do not enter the Sumo Room without permission. There will be staff waiting for you outside the entrance, and give you proper instructions.
2.There will be a guide at the door to explain the training process but the actual training session will be done in Japanese.
3.The schedule is subject to change depending on Sumo wrestlers'fitness for practice. Please understand that there is a possibility that the Sumo wrestlers will leave midway, and in that situation there will be no photography allowed.
4.You may leave before the end of the tour, but you will be not able to take a photo at the end of tour.
5.Please show respect, and refraining from talking loudly and making noises. If you have any questions, please ask the staff quietly.
6.Please silence your phone, and no phone calls are allowed for the duration of the viewing.
7.No flash photography and ask for permission for video recording.
8.Please do not bring large baggage.
