This plan includes:
one unlimited data portable wifi router, charger, USB cable, delivery fee to your hotel and prepaid envelop for return.(*Hotel Delivery possible everywhere in Japan).
The devices can either be picked up at the hotel check-in, or at our Tokyo shop. They then can be returned by using the return envelop and posting in any Japanese postal box, even airports. If you are not staying at a hotel or do not select the delivery add-on, and please pick up your router from our shop in Harajuku.

    Upon making a reservation please also provide the main travelers name, under which the hotel reservation had been made. Furthermore, if you are staying at an APA Hotel, we cannot check your reservation there beforehand. Thus, please make sure to also provide your hotel reservation number

    Please note: we need at least 2 days for delivery. If placing a last minute booking within 1 days of your visit, please pickup your device at our shop "H.I.S. Harajuku Tourist Information Center".

Remarks

WHERE CAN I PICK UP MY POCKET WIFI?
At the hotel front desk when checking in.(Hotel Delivery only available for hotels in Japan)

RETURNING YOUR POCKET WIFI
Use the prepaid envelope included in the delivery to return the router. The envelope can be mailed from any Japanese postal box as well as airport postal box.

NOTICE
Late returns will incur a charge of 700 JPY per day, and lost devices in a penalty of 25000 JPY (only 90% with premium plan, additional documents like police reports for stolen devices might be requested).

If you are not staying at a hotel or do not select the delivery add-on, and please pick up your wifi from our shop in Harajuku. Our shop is located 1 minutes (on foot) from Harajuku station.
