How can I see booking information of JAPAN Hotel & Air Package?: Check from My Page of hisgo, if you have booked online.
I have completed a booking but I have not received a confirmation email?: Ask at your local H.I.S. store.
I cannot find booking information of my flight on ANA website.: To check booking information of your flight, go to My Page of hisgo or go to the H.I.S. store you have booked with.
What can I do on "My Page" with my booking of JAPAN Hotel & Air Package?: You can see amount to pay, your booking information, cancel booking, and have a seat allocation.
